Key Responsibilities

• Support the Purchasing Manager by managing incoming deliveries, inspecting goods, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Ensure deliveries match purchase orders, handle discrepancies, and uphold quality standards.
• Work directly with purchasing and operational teams to facilitate smooth hotel operations.
• Perform manual handling and lifting safely, organize and store stock properly, and rotate stock to minimize waste.
• Maintain safety standards and follow proper lifting techniques.
• Shift Pattern: Morning shifts, 4 hours per day (6am - 10am), 20 hours per week (Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sat).
