Ips Group is recruiting an Account Handler for its Professional Indemnity division in the UK. You will support Account Executives, manage renewals and policy administration, and handle client enquiries while building strong relationships with clients and insurers.

You’ll join a collaborative team, with opportunities to develop specialist knowledge within Professional Indemnity and progress your career in a growing specialist practice. Bristol or Birmingham openings.

Formación

• Experience in an insurance broking environment.
• Excellent communication skills and client service focus.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilidades

• Support Account Executives with day-to-day management of client portfolios.
• Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments and policy administration.
• Answer client enquiries and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers.
• Develop specialist knowledge in Professional Indemnity.
