Specialist Risk Group is seeking an Account Advisor for its Professional Indemnity line across wholesale and underwriting. You will work closely with Brokers, Underwriters and Clients to support placement, administration and a deeper understanding of risk assessment and underwriting processes.

This role suits an insurance professional aiming to broaden technical expertise in a specialist market environment, with opportunities to progress within SRG.

Qualifications

• Experience in Insurance preferred (Account Handler/Advisor/Underwriter)
• Strong relationship management with brokers, clients and advisers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good understanding of FCA regulations and compliant record keeping

Responsabilités

• Support administration and servicing of Professional Indemnity insurance business.
• Manage new business, renewals, endorsements and mid-term adjustments.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, clients and advisers.
• Respond to broker and client enquiries with accurate policy information.
• Assist Underwriters with assessment of specialist risks.
• Prepare quotations and underwriting documents.
• Ensure policy documents are issued accurately and timely.
• Maintain accurate risk, client and policy information.
• Support senior team members on complex cases.
