The Blackheath Hospital in London is part of Circle Health Group, Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals and clinics.

We have an opportunity for a Deputy Clinical Services Manager to join their physiotherapy team. This full-time role is 37.5 hours per week with a salary up to £53,000 depending on experience, training and qualification.

Qualifications

• HCPC-registered Physiotherapist.
• 5+ years MSK/Orthopaedic experience.
• Leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Experience in a senior or supervisory role.
• Strong governance, coordination and patient-safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support the Clinical Services Manager in delivering high-quality, patient-centred physiotherapy services across the hospital.
• Assist with coordination of daily service operations, including staff rotas and workload management.
• Provide line management, supervision and mentorship to physiotherapy staff and assistants.
• Assist in governance processes, audits and risk management.
• Manage departmental administration, including stock control and equipment.
• Promote effective communication across the physiotherapy team and multidisciplinary teams.
