Job summary

Circle Health Group's Blackheath Hospital in London seeks a Deputy Clinical Services Manager - Physiotherapy to lead and support delivery of high-quality physiotherapy services. The role is full-time at 37.5 hours with a salary up to £53,000 per year.

The post requires HCPC-registered physiotherapist status, substantial post-registration and supervisory experience, and a strong governance focus. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential to manage multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• HCPC-registered physiotherapist required.
• Substantial post-registration and supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong governance, service coordination and patient safety knowledge.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills required.
• Minimum 5 years in MSK/Orthopaedic settings.

Responsibilities

• Support the Clinical Services Manager in delivering high-quality, patient-centred physiotherapy services across the hospital.
• Coordinate daily service operations: staff rotas, clinic allocation and workload management.
• Provide line management, supervision and mentorship to physiotherapy staff and assistants.
• Assist with clinical governance processes, audits and risk management.
