Job summary

Circle Health Group in Enfield is seeking a Physiotherapy Assistant to join the Physiotherapy department. This full-time role covers 37.5 hours per week with a flexible shift pattern. Salary is up to £28,576.00 per year, dependent on experience, training and qualification.

The role involves assisting with physiotherapy interventions, supporting patients with prescribed exercises, and preparing treatment areas. Join a leading network of private hospitals delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a healthcare, care, or rehabilitation setting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• A caring, patient-focused approach and commitment to promoting independence.
• Basic literacy, numeracy, and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the delivery of physiotherapy interventions as directed by a registered Physiotherapist.
• Support patients with prescribed exercises, mobility practice, and therapeutic activities in a safe and compassionate manner.
• Set up and prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions, ensuring all equipment is safe, clean, and ready for use.
• Provide reassurance and motivation to patients during therapy, helping build confidence and engagement.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, stock checks, and preparation of therapy materials.
• Follow all relevant health and safety, infection control, and safeguarding procedures.
