Circle Health Group invites applications for a Physiotherapy Assistant at Cavell Hospital in Enfield. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with a salary of up to £28,576 per year (FTE) depending on experience, training and qualification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with delivery of physiotherapy interventions as directed by a Physiotherapist.
• Support patients with prescribed exercises, mobility practice and activities.
• Set up and prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions.
• Provide reassurance and motivation to patients during therapy.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling and stock checks.
• Follow health, safety, infection control and safeguarding procedures.

We have an opportunity for a Physiotherapy Assistant to join their team of staff in thePhysiotherapy department.

This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required tocover a flexible shift pattern.

Duties of this role include:

• Assist with the delivery of physiotherapy interventions as directed by a registered Physiotherapist.
• Support patients with prescribed exercises, mobility practice, and therapeutic activities in a safe and compassionate manner.
• Set up and prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions, ensuring all equipment is safe, clean, and ready for use.
• Provide reassurance and motivation to patients during therapy, helping build confidence and engagement.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, stock checks, and preparation of therapy materials.
• Follow all relevant health and safety, infection control, and safeguarding procedures.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Experience working in a healthcare, care, or rehabilitation setting.
