Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust in Thatcham is seeking a compassionate Physiotherapy Assistant to support our Musculoskeletal Outpatient Physiotherapy team. You will help deliver high-quality rehabilitation, including one-to-one and group sessions, following clinician assessments.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, gain comprehensive in-house training, and take on non-clinical duties to help the service run smoothly.

Qualifikationen

• Experience of working as part of a team with patience and empathy, using excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse range of patients.
• Good computer skills across Microsoft and database software.

Aufgaben

• Assisting the Physiotherapists and Osteopaths in the delivery of high quality, effective care, including group and 1:1 rehabilitation following assessment.
• Assisting in administrative duties, including reception cover, data entry, audits, and patient record management.
• Keeping equipment clean, safe, and stocked in line with infection control standards.
• Participating in service-wide quality improvement, research and education initiatives where appropriate.
