Job summary

Circle Integrated Care is hiring a Physiotherapist with an MSK focus in Rushcliffe for a full-time, 37.5-hour-per-week role. Salary is up to £44,100 per year, depending on experience, training and qualification.

The role involves assessing and treating a range of MSK conditions, working within Circle Health Group's wider network, and covering flexible shift patterns across inpatient and outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• BSc (Hons) or MSc in Physiotherapy (or equivalent qualification).
• HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
• Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with MSK, neurological, respiratory, orthopaedic or post-surgical conditions.
• Formulate individualised treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
• Apply therapeutic techniques, exercise programmes, manual therapy and education to promote recovery.
• Collaborate with consultants, nurses, occupational therapists and other health professionals for coordinated care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, ward rounds and discharge planning.

We have an opportunity for a Physiotherapist to join their team of staff in thePhysiotherapydepartment.

This is a Full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required tocover a flexible shift pattern.

Duties of this role include:

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients presenting with a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological, respiratory, orthopaedic, or post-surgical conditions (dependent on setting).
• Formulate individualised treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
• Use a range of therapeutic techniques, exercise programmes, manual therapy, and patient education to promote recovery and prevent further injury or deterioration.
• Collaborate closely with consultants, nurses, occupational therapists, and other allied health professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, ward rounds, and discharge planning as appropriate.
• Refer patients to other services where required (e.g., hydrotherapy, pain management, or community rehabilitation).
• Manage your own caseload efficiently, working flexibly across inpatient and/or outpatient settings as required.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• BSc (Hons) or MSc in Physiotherapy (or equivalent qualification).
• HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
• Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy
• Strong understanding of clinical reasoning, assessment techniques, and evidence-based practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload
