Job summary

Circle Integrated Care in Rushcliffe is seeking a Physiotherapist to join the MSK team. This full-time permanent role offers a 37.5-hour week with a flexible shift pattern and a salary up to £44,100 per year, dependent on experience, training and qualifications.

You will assess, diagnose, and manage patients with a range of musculoskeletal and related conditions, developing individualised treatment plans and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.

Qualifications

• BSc (Hons) or MSc in Physiotherapy (or equivalent qualification).
• HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
• Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
• Strong understanding of clinical reasoning, assessment techniques, and evidence-based practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, respiratory, orthopaedic, or post-surgical conditions.
• Formulate individualised treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
• Use therapeutic techniques, exercise programmes, manual therapy, and patient education to promote recovery and prevent further injury.
• Collaborate closely with consultants, nurses, occupational therapists, and other allied health professionals.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, ward rounds, and discharge planning as appropriate.
• Refer patients to other services where required (e.g., hydrotherapy, pain management, or community rehabilitation).
• Manage your own caseload efficiently, working flexibly across inpatient and/or outpatient settings as required.

Salary: Up to £44,100.00 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification). We have an opportunity for a Physiotherapist to join their team of staff in the Physiotherapy department.

Job type: Full time (Permanent). Working hours: 37.5 hours per week with flexible shift pattern.
