Job summary

Circle Integrated Care, part of Circle Health Group, is seeking a Senior Physiotherapist for MSK with bank shifts in South West Hertfordshire. The role involves leading assessment and management of complex MSK patients, supervising junior staff and contributing to clinical pathways.

The position is on an as-needed basis, offering flexible hours, with an hourly rate up to £21 depending on experience and qualifications.

Senior Physiotherapist - MSK (Bank) Circle Integrated Care - South West Hertfordshire Bank Shifts Salary: Up to £21.00 per hour (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)

We have an opportunity for a Senior Physiotherapist to join their team of staff in the Physiotherapy department. This is a bank role working on an "as and when required" basis, you will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence.

Duties of this role include:

• Lead the assessment, treatment, and management of patients with complex conditions within your specialist area (e.g. MSK, neuro, orthopaedics, respiratory).
• Use advanced clinical reasoning to develop and adjust treatment plans that align with patient goals and evidence-based practice.
• Provide formal supervision, mentoring, and training to Band 5/Level 1 physiotherapists, assistants, and students.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical pathways, protocols, and outcome measures within your area.
• Ensure all care is delivered in line with regulatory, professional, and organisational standards (e.g. HCPC, CSP, CQC).
• Build strong therapeutic relationships with patients and carers to promote engagement, education, and self-management.
