Job summary

Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LPFT NHS) is seeking a Physiotherapist to join the Specialist Learning Disability team. The post covers Boston, Skegness and Louth with potential service-wide cover.

We welcome both newly qualified and experienced applicants who are passionate about adults with learning disabilities and complex health needs. You will work within a well-established MDT, delivering a range of specialist health interventions in patients’ homes, respite, and day care

Qualifications

• Post-qualification experience or newly qualified in physiotherapy.
• Interest in working with adults with learning disabilities and complex health needs.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Clinical assessment and care planning for adults with learning disabilities.
• Clinical decision-making and appropriate interventions.
• Manage own caseload and coordinate with team.
