Job summary

Rotherham Doncaster & South Humber NHS Foundation Trust in North Lincolnshire is seeking a motivated Physiotherapist to join our Learning Disability Team at Barnard Court Health Centre, Brigg. You will provide person-centred physiotherapy to adults with complex needs and support a multidisciplinary approach.

• Provide a comprehensive physiotherapy service to adults with learning disabilities in North Lincolnshire.
• Manage a defined caseload of adult service users using person-centred principles to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions.
• Deliver weekly hydrotherapy sessions and develop skills in postural management, falls prevention, rehabilitation, respiratory care and specialist equipment provision.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with families, carers and partner agencies to achieve meaningful outcomes.
