We're looking for a motivated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our experienced and highly valued North Lincolnshire Community Learning Disability Team. This is a unique opportunity to develop specialist skills while working alongside an established multidisciplinary team that is passionate about improving the health and wellbeing of adults with learning disabilities.
Based at Barnard Court Health Centre, Brigg, you'll manage a varied and rewarding caseload, providing person‑centred physiotherapy interventions to adults with a wide range of physical, neurological and complex health needs. The role offers the chance to develop expertise within focused clinical pathways and work creatively with individuals, families, carers and partner agencies to achieve meaningful outcomes.
You will deliver weekly hydrotherapy sessions, alongside developing skills in areas such as postural management, falls prevention, rehabilitation, respiratory care and specialist equipment provision.
Whether you're just starting your physiotherapy career or looking to build on existing Band 5 experience, you'll benefit from strong clinical supervision, ongoing professional development and the support of experienced specialist colleagues.
