Job summary

Pulse Healthcare seeks a Band 6 Community Physiotherapist for Woolwich. The post is a locum/full-time role in a community rehab setting, focusing on elderly patients and falls prevention.

You will assess and treat, lead MDT collaboration, and supervise junior therapists and students, reporting to senior clinical leads. ASAP start with 09:00-17:00 hours (Mon-Fri, flexible) at Woolwich, with a pay rate of £24-£27 per hour.

Qualifications

• Registered physiotherapist with HCPC – post-registration clinical experience is essential.
• Experience in elderly care and falls prevention in community settings.
• Ability to supervise and appraise junior staff and students.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and implement physiotherapy treatment for elderly and falls-risk patients.
• Work in a community rehab setting with multidisciplinary teams.
• Supervise and mentor junior PTs, assistants and students; teach MDT on falls prevention.
