Job summary

Hallmark Luxury Care Homes is seeking a qualified physiotherapist to assess residents, plan and implement therapy programmes, and maximise independence. You’ll lead clinical decisions with the deputy manager and work with the MDT to deliver high-quality care in our Eastbourne facilities.

The role requires HCPC registration, evidence of ongoing CPD, and excellent communication skills. You will maintain patient dignity and confidentiality while adapting to varying workloads across homes.

Qualifications

• Qualified Physiotherapist with HCPC registration.
• Evidence of continual professional development (CPD).
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' physiotherapy needs and plan treatment.
• Develop individualized treatment programmes to maximise independence.
• Lead clinical decisions in collaboration with MDT members.
• Keep accurate, up-to-date clinical records.
• Promote dignity, privacy and respectful care in all therapy sessions.
• Adapt to changing workloads and facilities as required.
