Job summary

Splendid Hospitality Group seeks a Physiotherapist to join our Physiotherapy department at Splendid Healthcare Head Office. You will deliver high-quality, evidence-based assessment and treatment to residents, supporting mobility, rehabilitation and pain management.

You will work 24 hours per week (3 days) with HCPC registration mandatory, collaborating with nursing, occupational therapy and other professionals to maintain clinical governance and ensure person-centred care across the home.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist is essential.
• Part-time role: 24 hours per week (3 days).
• Evidence-based physiotherapy assessment and treatment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out comprehensive physiotherapy assessments for residents and develop individualised treatment plans.
• Deliver rehabilitation and mobility programmes to support functional recovery.
• Contribute to falls prevention and risk management within the home.
• Assess and manage pain using physiotherapy interventions in collaboration with the care team.
• Provide training on moving & handling and equipment to care staff.
• Collaborate with MDT members to deliver coordinated, person-centred care.
• Document care plans, risks and physiotherapy recommendations clearly.
