About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Band 6 Specialist Physiotherapist to join our team in an integrated rehabilitation and urgent care pathway across community services in HOSM. You will receive support and encouragement to develop your skills, including opportunities for clinical and leadership development, CPD, and collaboration with specialists. The role involves working with a multidisciplinary team to manage patients with long-term conditions, focusing on maximizing independence and quality of life. A valid driving license and car are required.

Working Pattern

37.5 hours per week, typically 8:30 to 16:30, Monday to Friday. Additional shifts may be required for Urgent Community Response, working over seven days and between 08:00 to 20:00 on a rota basis. Flexible working options are available.
