You’re a clinician who has gained valuable skills and experience supporting people after life changing injuries and illness and understand how the right support and care can enhance rehabilitation outcomes.
You understand the importance of building connections and trust with multiple professionals, children, young people, adults and families and you act in a proactive, solution focused way using sound clinical reasoning in your actions.
You’ll appreciate how much a catastrophic injury can change lives and the importance of creating safe, effective, and enabling environments for injured people and their families.
And most importantly, you value your clinical skills and experience as much as we do; knowing the difference you can make to people.
The role:
As Clinical Case Manager, you willjoin our network of specialist clinicians to support some of the most vulnerable children, young people and adults following life changing injuries such as acquired Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injuries, complex orthopaedic injuries, amputation and limb loss, psychological injuries and more.
