Job summary

Splendid Hospitality in Warnham, United Kingdom, is seeking a part-time Physiotherapist to deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based assessment and treatment to residents, aiming to improve mobility, independence and quality of life.

Reporting to the Head of Nursing or senior Physiotherapist, you will work with the nursing team, care staff and visiting health professionals to provide a joined‑up approach to residents’ physical health, moving and handling, falls prevention and rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Current HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist is essential.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy assessment and treatment.
• Support residents' physical function, rehabilitation and pain management.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, OT and visiting professionals.
• Contribute to clinical governance, risk management and staff education.

Reporting to the Head of Nursing or senior Physiotherapist, the Physiotherapist is responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy assessment and treatment to residents, supporting their physical function, independence, rehabilitation, pain management and quality of life. The role works closely with the nursing team, care staff, occupational therapists and visiting health professionals to provide a joined-up approach to residents’ physical health and mobility needs. The Physiotherapist will contribute to the home’s clinical governance, risk management and staff education programme in relation to moving & handling, falls prevention and functional rehabilitation.

Current HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist is essential

This is a part time role - working 3 days a week. Total hours will be 24 hours a week
