Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our Northampton teams. The role involves neurological rehabilitation with a requirement of HCPC registration and at least two years of postgraduate experience.

You will assess and treat clients, coordinate therapy timetables, document progress, and work closely with families and the care team to achieve positive outcomes. A driving licence and car access are preferred.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is required and must be current.
• Minimum of 2 years postgraduate experience in physiotherapy.
• Experience working in neurological rehabilitation settings is essential.

Responsibilities

What you’ll be working:

This role is 37.5

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide assessment, treatment, and management of challenges to physical abilities
• Function as a key therapist to ensure active co-ordination and management of the therapeutic timetables and programmes to achieve the client’s agreed rehabilitation goals
• Ensure accurate documentation of assessment, treatment, and outcome measures
• Be a great team player and be willing to go that extra mile for your clients and their family
• Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with people with cognitive impairment and communication difficulties
• Liaise with family, carers, and significant others where appropriate to ensure client’s needs are met to a high standard

What you’ll have:

• HCPC registration
• 2 years’ postgraduate work experience
• Full UK Driving License and access to a car
• Experience of working within a neurological rehabilitation setting
• Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS
