Job summary

Morgan Hunt is partnering with a leading Further Education provider to recruit an experienced Math/Physics Lecturer for Bedford. This full-time temporary role delivers GCSE Maths, Physics and related programmes, supporting learners to develop knowledge, skills and confidence for further study and employment.

Based in Bedford, you will plan engaging lessons, monitor progress and collaborate with the teaching team to create an inclusive, high-quality learning environment.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching Math and/or Physics within an FE or Sixth Form setting.
• Strong subject knowledge across Math, Physics and related areas.
• A recognised teaching qualification.
• A degree in Mathematics, Physics, Math/Physics Education or a relevant subject.
• Experience delivering GCSE and/or Functional Skills Math and relevant Physics programmes.
• Excellent communication, classroom management and organisational skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate learners.
• A genuine passion for supporting students to achieve strong academic and career outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective Math and Physics lessons across the relevant curriculum.

Hours: Full-time - 37 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
