Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a motivated IRT Analyst to support physical security operations in the AWS PSOC. You will respond to security events, administer access control, monitor CCTV and coordinate with guards region-wide, while producing clear reports and notifications.

The role requires experience in security operations, incident and risk management, and strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in the security field in a global corporate environment or large-sized organization, including managerial experience.
• Knowledge of existing and developing technologies.
• Experience with access control and CCTV systems.
• Experience in security operations, risk management, and incident response.
• Experience in Incident Management, Threat Management, Corporate Investigations, Law Enforcement, Security Operations, Crisis Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Respond to physical security events affecting AWS infrastructure, associates, operations and assets region-wide.
• Administer physical access control and monitor access control systems.
• Manage contracted security guard force and triage trouble tickets; provide liaison communications.
• Prepare reports, gather intelligence, and distribute program-wide notifications as needed.
• Follow PSOC tasks and procedures; handle sensitive information with discretion; identify ways to raise security standards.
