Knowledge, Skills and Training

Essential criteria

• Registered practitioner (MH nurse, OT, or social worker) with degree/diploma and post-registration specialist training or extensive experience in the relevant specialty
• Membership of the relevant Professional Body
• Recent professional development evidenced in an up-to-date portfolio

Desirable criteria

• Knowledge of Trust Strategy relevant to the role

Job Specific Experience

Essential criteria

• Experience of specialist working
• Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care programs
• Experience managing change
• Knowledge of assessment and therapeutic interventions in the area of specialism
