Our international client is currently seeking a Photolithography Process Team Lead to lead the photolithography fab engineering team, supporting the business in delivering products that meet technical specifications and timelines.

The role involves leading and optimizing existing fab processes to support R&D and manufacturing wafers. The successful candidate will work closely with facility, equipment, and integration engineers to develop new processes for future technology device requirements.

Responsibilities include:
  • Leading and optimizing photolithography processes in a semiconductor fab environment
  • Collaborating with engineering teams to develop new processes for emerging technologies
  • Supporting R&D and manufacturing operations
Required skills and qualifications:
  • Strong hands-on experience in semiconductor photolithography processes
  • Knowledge of fab equipment and metrology
  • Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) processes
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Degree in Physics, Chemistry, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related fields
