Job Description:

Our international client is currently searching for a Photolithography Process Team Lead to lead the photolithography fab engineering team, supporting the business in delivering products that meet technical specifications and timelines.

The role involves leading and optimizing existing fab processes to support R&D and manufacturing wafers. Working closely with facility, equipment, and integration engineers will be required to develop new processes to meet the requirements of future technology nodes.

Required Skills:
  • Strong hands-on semiconductor photolithography process experience
  • Knowledge of fab equipment and metrology
  • Experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) processes
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Degree in Physics, Chemistry, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related fields
