Job summary

Pure Talent Group are recruiting a Photocopier / MFD Field Service Engineer to support customers across Stratford-upon-Avon, Leamington Spa and Birmingham region. You will install, maintain and repair photocopiers, printers and multifunction devices, working independently with a strong customer focus.

You should have proven field service experience with printers, good fault-finding and networking knowledge, and a full UK driving licence. Manufacturer training is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Photocopier/Printer/MFD Field Service Engineer.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with print management and networking considerations.
• Full UK driving licence required; manufacturer training beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair photocopiers, printers and MFDs.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and networking issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance visits and device health checks.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support.
• Manage parts stock and meet service targets.

Opportunity to Join a Growing Service Team

We are recruiting on behalf of a well‑established and expanding Managed Print Solutions provider, seeking an experienced Photocopier / MFD Field Service Engineer to support customers across the Stratford‑upon‑Avon /Leamington Spa / Birmingham region. This role is ideal for a motivated, customer‑focused engineer who enjoys working independently, managing their own schedule, and delivering high‑quality technical support across a varied client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, maintenance and repair of photocopiers, printers and multifunction devices
• Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and networking issues
• Completing preventative maintenance visits and device health checks
• Maintaining accurate service records and documentation
• Providing excellent customer service and technical support
• Managing parts stock and ensuring service targets are met

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Photocopier / Printer / MFD Service Engineer
• Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
• Experience with manufacturers such as Konica Minolta, Sharp, Ricoh, Kyocera, Canon, Xerox or HP (advantageous)
• Good understanding of networking, connectivity and print management solutions
• Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Full UK driving licence
• Relevant technical certifications or manufacturer training beneficial
