Job summary

Field Solutions Group is seeking a Mobile Photocopier Engineer to service and network MFDs across the region. You will join a growing MPS organisation known for forward-thinking service delivery.

The role requires hands-on engineering of photocopier devices, strong IT and networking skills, and excellent communication with clients. You will handle call-outs and provide outstanding customer service while coordinating with fellow engineers.

Qualifications

• Currently an engineer working on MFD/Photocopier devices.
• Excellent IT / Networking skills and client communication.
• Strong time management and ability to work under pressure.

Photocopier Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Photocopier Engineer for a leading MPS organisation. This company a growing and forward-thinking service provider.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service, maintenance and networking of MFDs / Photocopiers
• Supporting customers and other engineers throughout the region
• Dealing with call outs for fault finding and repairs
• Providing an exceptional customer service

Essential Experience:

• It is essential you are currently an engineer working on MFD/Photocopier devices
• Excellent IT / Networking skills
• Excellent communication skills dealing with clients at all levels
• Great time management and ability to work under pressure

Desirable Experience

• Manufacturer trained on any of the following machines; Konica Minolta, Kyocera, HP, Ricoh, Sharp, Canon
• Experience on IT solutions (Equitrac, Ecopy, Papercut)
