Job summary

Field Solutions Group in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Mobile Photocopier Engineer for a leading MPS organisation. This role involves service, maintenance and networking of MFDs/Photocopiers across the region, with travel to client sites.

You will support customers and fellow engineers, handle fault-finding call-outs, and deliver exceptional customer service with strong IT/networking skills and clear communication under pressure.

Qualifications

• It is essential you are currently an engineer working on MFD/Photocopier devices.
• Excellent IT / Networking skills.
• Excellent communication skills dealing with clients at all levels.
• Great time management and ability to work under pressure.

• Service, maintenance and networking of MFDs / Photocopiers
• Supporting customers and other engineers throughout the region
• Dealing with call outs for fault finding and repairs
• Providing an exceptional customer service

Essential Experience

• It is essential you are currently an engineer working on MFD/Photocopier devices
• Excellent IT / Networking skills
• Excellent communication skills dealing with clients at all levels
• Great time management and ability to work under pressure

Desirable Experience

• Manufacturer trained on any of the following machines; Konica Minolta, Kyocera, HP, Ricoh, Sharp, Canon
• Experience on IT solutions (Equitrac, Ecopy, Papercut)
