Job summary

Field Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Photocopier Engineer to service and network MFDs and photocopiers across the region. You will play a key role in fault finding, repairs, and delivering high-quality customer support.

The role requires hands-on experience with MFD/photocopier devices and excellent IT/networking skills, plus strong communication and time-management to service clients at all levels in a dynamic field environment.

Qualifications

• Currently an engineer working on MFD/Photocopier devices.
• Excellent IT / Networking skills.
• Excellent communication skills dealing with clients at all levels.
• Great time management and ability to work under pressure.

Photocopier Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Photocopier Engineer for a leading MPS organisation. This company a growing and forward-thinking service provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance and networking of MFDs / Photocopiers
• Supporting customers and other engineers throughout the region
• Dealing with call outs for fault finding and repairs
• Providing an exceptional customer service

Essential Experience

• It is essential you are currently an engineer working on MFD/Photocopier devices
• Excellent IT / Networking skills
• Excellent communication skills dealing with clients at all levels
• Great time management and ability to work under pressure

Desirable Experience

• Manufacturer trained on any of the following machines; Konica Minolta, Kyocera, HP, Ricoh, Sharp, Canon
• Experience on IT solutions (Equitrac, Ecopy, Papercut)
