Job summary

Field Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Mobile Photocopier Engineer for a leading MPS organisation. You will service, maintain and network MFDs/photocopiers across the region and provide on-site support.

The role requires excellent IT and networking skills, strong customer communication, and the ability to manage time and priorities under pressure while delivering outstanding service. This position is field-based with call-out duties and regional coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience as an engineer working on MFD/Photocopier devices.
• Excellent IT / Networking skills.
• Excellent communication skills dealing with clients at all levels.
• Great time management and ability to work under pressure.

• Supporting customers and other engineers throughout the region
• Dealing with call outs for fault finding and repairs
• Providing an exceptional customer service

Essential Experience

• It is essential you are currently an engineer working on MFD/Photocopier devices
• Excellent IT / Networking skills
• Excellent communication skills dealing with clients at all levels
• Great time management and ability to work under pressure

Desirable Experience

• Manufacturer trained on any of the following machines; Konica Minolta, Kyocera, HP, Ricoh, Sharp, Canon
• Experience on IT solutions (Equitrac, Ecopy, Papercut)
