Job summary

Field Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Photocopier Engineer to join our mobile service team. The role involves service, maintenance and networking of MFDs/photocopiers across the region, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have IT and networking skills, strong communication, and the ability to manage time and work under pressure. Manufacturer training on major brands is preferred.

• Must currently be an engineer working on MFD/Photocopier devices
• Excellent IT and networking skills
• Excellent communication skills with clients at all levels
• Great time management and ability to work under pressure

Photocopier Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Photocopier Engineer for a leading MPS organisation. This company a growing and forward-thinking service provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance and networking of MFDs / Photocopiers
• Supporting customers and other engineers throughout the region
• Dealing with call outs for fault finding and repairs
• Providing an exceptional customer service

Essential Experience

• It is essential you are currently an engineer working on MFD/Photocopier devices
• Excellent IT / Networking skills
• Excellent communication skills dealing with clients at all levels
• Great time management and ability to work under pressure

Desirable Experience

• Manufacturer trained on any of the following machines; Konica Minolta, Kyocera, HP, Ricoh, Sharp, Canon
• Experience on IT solutions (Equitrac, Ecopy, Papercut)
