Job summary

Tesco UK is hiring a Phone Shop Colleague to join our store team. You will provide friendly, natural service to customers, help them choose mobile products and services, and assist with phone plans and setups. Shifts are scheduled within available windows with a minimum weekly hours commitment.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers
• Providing flexible support across the Phone Shop and wider store, including helping customers choose the right mobile products and services
• Completing phone and contract setups, and supporting customers with a range of tech queries
• Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance
• A passion for delivering great service, greeting every customer with a smile, and serving them with pride while helping them find the right mobile products and solutions
