Job summary

Wealth Without Wall Street in the United Kingdom is seeking a Client Account Manager to own a book of existing clients and past prospects. You will call, serve, and grow the relationship into new business, prioritizing real conversations over emails.

You’ll re-engage dormant clients, run policy reviews, discuss loans/PUAs, and coordinate with our ops team to ensure every client feels looked after. This is a phone-first, results-driven role with HubSpot CRM and weekly performance tracking.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, account management or client relationships.
• Track record of meeting targets while keeping clients happy.
• Comfortable on phone and video calls all day.
• CRM discipline, especially HubSpot.
• Active life insurance license, or willing to obtain within 60 days.
• Understanding of whole life insurance or Infinite Banking is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Call existing clients and past prospects to serve and grow the relationship.
• Re-engage clients who haven’t heard from us in a while and past prospects who didn’t finish the process.
• Run policy reviews, discuss policy loans and PUAs, and coordinate service delivery with the ops team.
• Uncover opportunities and ask for the next step, then book the client with our IBC strategists.
• Ask every happy client for referrals and follow up until conversations are booked.
• Introduce clients to our Passive Income Lab when it fits.
• Spot clients drifting away and reach out before they leave.
• Log every call and next steps in HubSpot and track weekly numbers.
