Responsibilities

• Conduct client appointments, collect blood and urine samples, and record results in PIS.
• Meet, greet, and check in clients, ensuring a welcoming front-of-house experience.
• Respond to client enquiries via telephone and email with accurate information.
• Demonstrate sensitive communication to ensure client understanding and consent.
• Maintain accurate records in PIS and upload documents.
• Engage in upselling and cross-selling at our private health clinic.
• Proactively drive sales and exceed targets.
• Complete forms, specimen labelling, and lab test orders accurately.
• Demonstrate high IT literacy to manage software systems and daily tasks.
• Process blood samples within the on-site laboratory per SOPs and quality standards.
• Adhere to quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
