Position

Phlebotomist

Salary and Benefits

£20,837.25 (including commission, expenses and overtime). Benefits include pension, qualifications in Phlebotomy, paid expenses, life insurance, annual leave, health assessments, referral scheme, cycle to work, charity sponsorship, and gym discounts.

Location and Travel

Candidates should reside in or near Southampton, Lyndhurst, Winchester, Salisbury, Eastleigh. The role is field-based, with travel up to 2 hours from home. Initial training at Milton Keynes for two weeks is required.

Working Hours

• 30 hours/week, 3 shifts of 10 hours (not including travel), scheduled between 6am-10pm on a rota basis.
• Shifts include 6am-4pm, 8am-6pm, 1pm-10pm, allocated in advance.

Requirements

• Full UK driving license and own vehicle.
• Availability to work any day/time within specified hours, including travel and occasional overnight stays.
• Proficiency with computers and devices.
• Clear DBS check (processed on your behalf).
• Ability to travel and attend training in Milton Keynes.
• Willingness to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

Travel to various venues, set up equipment, perform health assessments (e.g., PAD, ECG, phlebotomy, lung function, body composition), and maintain records. No customer results relay required post-assessment.
