Job Description:

We are seeking healthcare professionals to join our team in Europe, supporting military medical facilities and other DoD agencies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist donors, prepare blood bags, input data, and perform phlebotomy following SOPs.
  • Conduct donor interviews, assess donor eligibility, and perform blood collection.
  • Maintain equipment, ensure quality control, and ship blood products according to regulations.
  • Perform component processing, inventory, and labeling of blood units.
  • Operate mobile collection sites and vehicles, and perform scheduled maintenance.
  • Complete required training and certifications, including BCLS.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with certification from a recognized phlebotomy program.
  • Minimum one year of relevant experience, including blood donation activities.
  • Ability to perform venipuncture in high-demand periods.
  • Knowledge of infection control and aseptic techniques.
  • English proficiency; current BCLS certification.
