JOB ROLE

As a Phlebotomist, you will play a key role in the collection and management of blood samples from healthy volunteer donors. This role involves variation in work, including administrative and client-facing tasks, providing opportunities to build trusted relationships with donors.

ABOUT YOU

You’ll be right for this role if you have:

• Certification in phlebotomy with proven experience in a hospital, clinic, or research setting.
• Confidence in performing venepuncture and managing samples with accuracy and care.
• Strong interpersonal skills, particularly when working with nervous or first-time donors.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

This position is permanent, onsite 5 days per week, based in Guildford.
