Phlebotomist/Health Assessment Specialist

£20,837.25 per year (OTE of up to £38,000 with Commission, Overtime, Expenses, and Benefits)

We are looking to recruit individuals from various areas around:

Crowborough, Rotherfield, Horley, Redhill, Dorking, Polegate, Wadhurst, Heathfield, Ashford, Sevenoaks, Oxted, Cranbrook, Cranleigh, Tonbridge, East Grinstead.

The hours

30 hours per week

• 3 x 10-hour shifts per week (not including travel time), scheduled on any 3 days between Monday and Sunday on a rolling rota.
• Shifts can be scheduled anytime between 6am and 10pm.
• The rota is released 3 weeks in advance.
• Base salary of £20,837.25 per year with an OTE of up to £38,000 including commission, expenses, and overtime, plus standard company benefits.

Responsibilities

At Bluecrest, we prioritize high-quality service. You will work in various clinic venues across your region, planning your route each day. You can expect to drive between 30 minutes to 2 hours to your venue, set up your kit, and greet customers.

Each day, you will see between 15 to 22 customers, with appointments lasting from 10 to 45 minutes depending on the package and assessments selected. Your tasks include performing health assessments such as PAD, ECG, Phlebotomy (once qualified), Lung Function, Body Composition, and short fitness tests, as well as advising on further testing when appropriate. You will also maintain accurate administration records.

You will not be required to relay results or provide lifestyle advice after assessments.
