Job summary

Woodcote Medical, a suburban GP practice operating from two sites, is seeking a phlebotomist to join its clinical team. The role focuses on taking blood samples safely and efficiently, labeling and handling specimens, and putting nervous patients at ease.

Job description

This is a phlebotomist post within the clinical team at Woodcote Medical, a suburban GP practice operating from two sites. The core of the work is taking blood samples safely and efficiently, labelling and handling them correctly, and putting nervous patients at ease. Hours are 21.25 a week on weekday mornings, working in 5-minute appointment slots across both sites, and the post runs for 365 days. Prior experience in a GP practice is essential.
