We’re growing our fundraising team! Here at Keech Hospice, we know that raising more funds enables us to reach many more people in our community. This role offers a starting salary of £41,750 per annum, with room to develop and progress through the pay grade banding to £47,236 on a competency-based framework.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creating, developing, and implementing strategies to engage major gift donors to meet growing targets.
2. Driving the growth of major gift income through maximizing relationships and events.
3. Leading projects ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategy.
4. Collaborating with the wider Fundraising team and Marketing and Communications to deliver income growth.

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent networking skills to build prospects and partnerships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire.
• High proficiency in CRM systems.
• Previous experience in the charity sector and proven ability to secure large gifts.
• Strong project management skills.
• Good understanding of charity sector regulations and fundraising standards.
