Prospectus is excited to be working with a human rights-focused organisation to support the growth of their fundraising team. The new Philanthropy Manager will join a small team to develop a new mid-value philanthropic income stream.

This organisation defends fundamental rights and holds power to account. Their legal challenges have contributed to significant cases, including:

• The fight against the Rwanda deportation policy
• The Government's attempts to renege on Windrush commitments
• Attempts to cut disability benefits for 100,000 people without lawful consultation
• Preventing the implementation of anti-protest laws

This role is hybrid, based in London (EC1V). The salary is £45,885 FTE, with a flexible working week of at least 28 hours. Please contact us to discuss further.

As Philanthropy Manager, you will design, implement, and manage a compelling, mid-value fundraising program, including donor acquisition, stewardship marketing, supporter journeys, and KPIs. You will collaborate with the Events team and work closely with senior colleagues on selecting and managing a new CRM system to enhance fundraising relationships and activities.

To succeed, you should have experience in mid-value fundraising (£500 - £5000 asks) from individual donors, with knowledge of membership schemes and donor development strategies.
