Job summary

Boots in the UK is offering a Trainee Dispenser position within a Boots store pharmacy. You will support the pharmacist, learn to dispense prescriptions, and help patients with medicines and health guidance during your NVQ2 training.

This role is UK-based and on-site, with full training provided and no remote eligibility. You will train to complete the Dispenser NVQ2 while contributing to safe patient care, stock management, and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and develop skills in dispensing and patient advice.
• Customer service orientation to support patients and colleagues in-store.
• Willing to comply with pharmacy SOPs and training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete your training for the Pharmacy Advisor NVQ2 programme.
• Dispense prescriptions while ensuring the safe supply of medicines, including labeling and endorsing.
• Work with healthcare professionals in-store to support pharmacy services.
