Boots UK is offering a Trainee Dispenser role in-store within the UK. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided, with NVQ2 dispenser training as the progression path.

The role focuses on dispensing prescriptions, patient care, and supporting the pharmacist to ensure safe and compliant pharmacy services. Excellent opportunities for progression within the store's pharmacy team, with a plan to train as a Pharmacy Technician or pursue leadership roles later on.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required.
• Full training will be provided.
• UK right to work required.

Responsibilities

• Complete training for the Pharmacy Advisor NVQ2 programme.
• Dispense prescriptions while ensuring safe supply of medicines.
• Work with healthcare professionals to deliver pharmacy services.
• Provide care and advice to patients about medicines and refer queries to the Pharmacist as appropriate.
• Follow SOPs to support safe and legal dispensing of prescriptions.
• Keep up to date with new innovations and SOPs in store.
