Job summary

Boots Group is hiring for an in-store Trainee Dispenser role in the UK. You will support the pharmacist and healthcare professionals while you complete your Dispenser training (NVQ2), focusing on greeting customers, dispensing prescriptions, and giving medicines advice to help patients make informed health decisions.

This role is UK-based in-store with full training provided. Prior local temporary roles and right-to-work in the UK are required; sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Desire to learn and complete the Dispenser training programme (NVQ2).
• Current and valid UK right to work. This role is not eligible for sponsorship for a Skilled Worker Visa.
• Experience working in community pharmacy a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete your training for the Pharmacy Advisor NVQ2 programme.
• Prescription dispensing while ensuring safe supply of medicines (ordering, labelling, dispensing, endorsing, collection).
• Work with healthcare professionals to deliver pharmacy services in-store.
