Job summary

Modality Partnership is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join the Bedford-based Pharmacy Team on a full-time basis. You will work with Clinical Pharmacists, GPs, prescribing teams, and pharmacy administrators, using digital technologies to support safe prescribing and medicines optimisation across Primary Care.

You will contribute to improving patient care and outcomes, developing specialist knowledge, and delivering innovative pharmacy services within a forward-thinking network.

Qualifications

• GPhC registered Pharmacy Technician required.
• BTEC/NVQ level 3 in pharmacy services or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in hospital, community, or primary care pharmacy is desirable.
• Enrolled in or undertaking an approved training pathway is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support medicines optimisation and safe prescribing across the Partnership.
• Undertake medicines reconciliation after hospital discharge and other care transitions.
• Support repeat prescribing processes and medication reviews.
