NHS Jobs is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support medicines optimisation in GP practice settings. You will assist with medicines reconciliation, review inhaler technique, and work with patients to ensure safe, effective use of medicines.

In this role you will support the PCN, promote EPS and eRD, participate in safeguarding, equality and diversity initiatives, and collaborate with clinical pharmacists and other health professionals.

Qualifikationen

• Medicines optimisation and safe administration checks.
• Support medication reviews and medicines reconciliation.
• Collaborate with patients to promote effective medicine use.
• Follow PCN guidance for SMR and care home transfers.

• Assist infection prevention and control measures and report issues.
