Job summary

Well is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to lead the dispensary operations, manage stock, and provide expert healthcare advice at the counter. You will support sales, handle cash transactions, and act as the first point of contact for customers, including high-volume dispensing for local care homes.

The ideal candidate will have an NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Pharmacy Services, GPhC registration, and a current DBS/PVG check.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF Level 3 equivalent qualification in Pharmacy Services required.
• GPhC registration required.
• DBS/PVG clearance at start date.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organise the dispensary for smooth operation and safe dispensing of medications.
• Coordinate stock levels and assist customers with healthcare advice at the counter.
• Assist with sales and general store duties, including product displays and cash handling.
• Be the first point of contact for customers and handle high-volume dispensing for local care homes and GP surgeries.
