Job summary

Well Pharmacy is seeking a friendly and organised Pharmacy Technician to lead the dispensary, ensure safe dispensing, and maintain stock levels while assisting customers with healthcare advice at the counter.

You will play a vital role in delivering excellent service, handling high-volume dispensing for local clients, and supporting GP surgeries with operational queries. DBS/PVG checks are required before start.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service in a pharmacy setting.
• Experience organising the dispensary and ensuring safe dispensing of medications.
• Ability to engage with customers and provide healthcare advice at the counter.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organise the smooth running of the dispensary.
• Coordinate dispensing medication safely and manage stock levels.
• Assist with sales, cash handling, and store duties including product displays.
