Job summary

Well Pharmacy, part of Bestway Healthcare, invites a Relief Pharmacy Technician to join a busy network across Cardiff. You will lead the dispensary, coordinate dispensing, manage stock, and provide healthcare advice at the counter while supporting sales and store duties.

DBS/PVG checks are required, with GPhC registration and NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Pharmacy Services essential. You will cover absence and holidays in surrounding Well Pharmacies, contributing to excellent patient and customer service

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent.
• GPhC registration is required.
• DBS/PVG check before start date, if not on the Update Service, the company will apply for you.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organise the smooth running of the dispensary.
• Coordinate dispensing of medications safely and efficiently.
• Manage stock levels and be a point of contact for customers with healthcare advice.
• Assist with sales, store duties, displays and cash transactions.
• Act as first point of contact for customers across multiple Well Pharmacies.
